Kenneth Aaron (born 3 September 2001) is an Indonesian web developer, graphic designer, and manufacturing professional from Tj. Balai Karimun, Indonesia. He is the creator of KMail, a web-based email client inspired by the interface of Google Gmail. He has professional experience spanning graphic design, factory administration, and project management, having worked at multiple companies in Batam between 2018 and 2022, including as a Foreman at a Xiaomi facility and Factory Project Manager at a Pegatron facility under PT Satnusa Persada.^[1]

Aaron is proficient in Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, and the Microsoft Office suite, alongside web technologies including PHP, JavaScript, and CSS. He is fluent in Indonesian, English, Mandarin, Tagalog and Chaozhou.

Kenneth Aaron was born on 3 September 2001 in Tj. Balai Karimun, Indonesia. He practises Buddhism and grew up in Batam, where he developed an interest in computers and digital design during his secondary schooling years.

At SMK Kartini Batam, a vocational high school, Aaron developed foundational skills in graphic design and computer applications that formed the basis of his later professional work. It was during his vocational training that he completed his first industry internship.

Aaron subsequently enrolled at Universitas Internasional Batam (UIB), a private university in Batam, where he pursued higher education from 2019 to 2021. UIB is known for its programmes in engineering, business, and information technology. His studies there overlapped with the early years of his professional career at PT Satnusa Persada.

Aaron's career began with a vocational internship (Prakerin/PKL) during his final year at SMK Kartini Batam, followed by two professional roles in the private sector before he transitioned into independent web development.

From 15 January 2018 to 15 May 2018, Aaron undertook a compulsory vocational internship (Prakerin/PKL) at PT Tria Warna Kreasi, a graphic production company in Batam. In this role he worked as a Finishing & Designer, gaining hands-on experience in print production workflows, Corel Draw, and visual layout design.

Following his graduation, Aaron returned to PT Tria Warna Kreasi as a full-time Graphic Designer from 1 April 2019 to 1 December 2019. In this capacity he produced marketing collateral, brand assets, and print-ready files using Corel Draw and Adobe Photoshop.

From 1 December 2019 to 1 May 2020, Aaron worked as an Administrator at PT Eurindo Tekhnik Motor, a motor engineering company in Batam. This role expanded his professional experience beyond creative work into business administration, data entry, and office operations using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

From 1 July 2020 to 9 September 2022, Aaron was employed at PT Satnusa Persada in Batam, a contract manufacturing partner operating within major consumer electronics facilities. During this tenure he held two successive roles of increasing responsibility:

• Foreman — Xiaomi Facility. Aaron served as a floor foreman at the Xiaomi production facility, overseeing line workers, monitoring production targets, enforcing quality standards, and coordinating daily manufacturing operations.
• Factory Project Manager (FPM) — Pegatron Facility. Aaron was promoted to Factory Project Manager, leading multiple cross-functional roles within the Pegatron manufacturing facility. In this capacity he managed project timelines, coordinated between production, logistics, and quality assurance teams, and was responsible for meeting output and compliance targets across the factory floor.

This role at PT Satnusa Persada represents Aaron's most senior professional position prior to his transition into independent web development, and demonstrated his capability in both front-line supervision and project-level factory management.
